| Designed to provide protection from rain and wind this lightweight, waterproof bivy can also be used as a bag cover in tents and snow caves to provide an extra layer of warmth and protection from external moisture. The large overlapping hood has a drawcord for cinching around the top of a sleeping bag. Sizing is generous to fit over a wide range of sleeping bags.
Made entirely from eVENT, a direct venting, air-permeable PTFE trilaminate fabric with a triple grid 30 denier nylon face fabric, the Overbag / bivy is light and compact. The fabric has a high rate of moisture vapor permeability which means that there will be very little condensation buildup on the inside during use.
